Dr. Ahmed Nada
A digital-transformation leader with a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and more than 27 years across Oracle databases, OCI and enterprise cloud.
He has architected and delivered 30+ major migration and modernization programs across the Middle East and Europe, including Deutsche Bank, Airbus and Vodafone UK.
As Digital Transformation Advisor to the UAE Ministry of Finance, he is lead architect for the migration of the ministry’s core workloads to Oracle Cloud and authored its Technology Vision 2030.

Ministry of Finance — core workload migration to Oracle Cloud
BrainTech leads the architecture and security design for the migration of the ministry’s core financial systems and databases to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The programme runs to zero-downtime objectives and covers multi-tier high-availability and disaster recovery, identity federation, encryption in transit and at rest, network segmentation and full audit logging — all aligned to UAE government security standards. Our founder serves as Digital Transformation Advisor to the ministry and authored its Technology Vision 2030.
